By accessing or using 9RIba (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use 9RIba. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. You may not create multiple accounts or use fake identities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We use email OTP for authentication. Do not share your verification codes.
You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it to other users as part of the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms. Nudity, hate speech, and violence are strictly prohibited.
9RIba uses GPS and Bluetooth to find nearby users. By using the Service, you consent to sharing your approximate location with other users. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.
You can only message users you have matched with. We monitor messages for abuse reports and may take action against violators. You may block any user at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9RIba is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find matches or that users are who they claim to be. We are not responsible for interactions that occur outside the app. Always prioritize your safety when meeting someone in person.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Morocco.
